Not trying to get anything started but shouldn't the lights at the back of the trailer behind the axle be red? used to be that way when I had a inspection license in VA.

Do a google search on old lures or check out Ebay, I know there is a book you can buy that has prices on old lures and fishing tackle might check out the local book stores for a copy

You can always get the USCGAUX to do a Vessel Check and they will check all of the equipment you have on board and make sure you have all you need for the area you do boating.
