i know everyone is happy with what we have now as compared to what we had, but does anyone know what kind of game they are playing with the nr buoys, or have they put them back in the last 2 weeks? being that the buoys are not in place and in the event of an accident, wouldn;t a claim be denied due to using non navigable waters? are they even gonna put them back this year? there are still some very shallow places in the cut that a lot of people don;t know about, especially boaters that don;t use nr enough to know whats going on.

sunday afternoon i had my boat loaded loaded up when they came running out of the marina saying a sailboat couldn't find it's way through the inlet
i put back in and ran around there and that what i found
the boat was aground on the shoal to your right going out
they were from newyork and thought the seabouy was in the right place so they went from the bouy to that green can you can see what happened
i couldn't move them tow boat got them off _________________ phil leonard

I am no sailor by anymeans, but I consider myself pretty good on following the buoys. New River tested me, I don't know who put those barrels out there but thanks alot it help me a great deal. Something really needs to be done to make that inlet more friendly for us new salts. I did see a dredger working out there.
