Thanks for everyone's input. The CRFl Advisory Committee met and voted on the submitted proposals. All the ones that improved or increased angler access were approved. That being said the AC input is non-binding. The joint MFC/WRC committee will have the final say so on what gets funding.

This is a good start to build on for the future. The RFPs covered the 3 goals -- Fish, Habitat and People (anglers). My only negative feelings is the lack of understanding about the process and that there need to be more people in the northern and southern beach areas getting their act together to identify and submit good proposals for next year. The folks in MHC area understand the process pretty well.

We will see what finally passes alter on this year or early next year. Actually approval occurs around April with funding to start in July 2009. And in the interim a new RFP process opens up.

How can we get a copy of the proposals that the CRFI committee recommended?
