Hey Rick,

I'll be heading out in search of dolphin and kings this weekend as well. I was thinking of heading out towards the WR-4 (its about 20 miles out of CB) and working my way south to some ledges that I caught a couple of grouper on about two weeks ago. The dolphin and kings were there then, so I'm guessing they should still be around.

I'll be on a blue cc by the name of "Candy Land" I'm usually on 68 or 69. Give me a call !

Matt

Thanks Matt,

I am planning on leaving the Masonboro Inlet by 6:30 - 7:00. I am in a 22' White Sea Ray CC with tree damage on the tee top and railing. Two trees fell across my boat last week, the repair shop can't get it in for 3-4 weeks. Not going to spoil my fun, I'll still run..... See you on the water at WR4, let me know what ledges you are talking about South of WR4. Cool

I'd make sure to go past AR386. I fished the area on Thu and the grass was scattered so much the lines required much attention. I did not have a strike all morning. There were some medium bee-liners just off a ledge a few miles SE of AR386 and l lost a grouper on the same ledge.

Hey Rob,

Never heard from you. Did you go to Brunswick County for the weekend?

We had a great trip Sat with macs, mahi, AJs, you name it. Nice ride in over 2 foot seas. Gotta love it.
