Good morning folks.
I do not have many e-mail addresses here at work so please e-mail to everyone you know that we need them to contact the new Hanover county commissioners and urge them to provide the $100,000 match we need to dredge Carolina beach inlet. The state will kick in the other $300,000
We know we have 2 votes. Nancy Pritchett and Bill Caster. We need at least 1 more vote and we need them to call a special meeting prior to May 21 to do this.
The dredge will be leaving Oregon inlet around may 12 headed this way. It would be great to have this approved by them ASAP and we could possibly have the dredge already dredging before the May 21 meeting.
Please start by calling Bobby Greer, Bill Kopp and Ted Davis and urging them to help.

Bill Caster says he is in favor of the $100,000 local match and to lobby the other Commissioners.
Don Pierce has talked to Nancy Pritchett and she is in favor of the local match also.

What's the story with CB Inlet now? I used it about a month and a half ago and it was super shallow in between the buoys. 4.5ft in the middle of them. I'm glad I was up on plane. Kinda rough though.
