Started out that morning with a phone call from gatorman
at 6:00 A.M. Informing me about the weather (Didn't look to good).
I decided to wait until the sun came up and check it out.
Checked reefcast, doppler, Noaa. And all pointed at the weather
getting better by noon.So I called gatorman and told him we
were going. Gatorman & Shammo show up in my yard shortly,
I'm wondering were John lane is. Rolling Eyes

As he is suppose to go with us.
We take off to the ramp.Launch the boat, Get everything ready,
still No J-Lane wawa

After 15 to 20mins later, here comes J-Lane
whoobling across the parking lot.With half the food lion store in bags.
Well we finally get going,As we turn the corner into the ocean
we are greeted by a 4 to 6 foot swell outa the SW .
We all wanted to go fishing, So I set the boat on a slow 14kt
ride. It didn't take long to give gatorman and shammo0 a bath.
And J Lane's sneaky @ss hid behind me.Me and J Lane stayed dry.
We rode for just over a hour and started fishing.
J Lane put the first grouper in the boat, It was a nice teenager.
Shammoo put the second keeper in the boat about a 8lber.
After picking 6 to 8 more groupers, We finally have a good stop.
Gatorman hooks a small keeper cobia and shammoo goes to gaff it,
Ahh wheres my gaff Rolling Eyes

?Overall threw back a bizillion little ones
Kept 30 Keepers.Oh Did I mention that gatorman lost not 1 but 2
Nice ones, He looked like this>>>>> Embarassed

awesome day on the big pond I had a blast good day of fishing whoever said there was a shortage on gags they need to go with joe and see the undersize gags that we caught along with the keepers
