They are most likey to big. Try cutting them down some size wise.

and also the fryingpantower.com add photos box, the one that pops up when you hit the add photos link switches to saying server busy when i click the upload button.

The photos are too big or you are trying to upload too many at once.

There is no MAx size....it is how much you can upload in 30 secs. If I recall you are on dial up so your pics would be pretty small. Knock the pics down and try it.

ok i tried making them smaller i even tried making them as small as possible and it's still saying it's busy try again and im on digital cable internet so it should be fast enough to handle what ever any other tricks you can think of?

ok figured it out i was trying to add them as a BMP file, so when i changed it to JPG it worked fine.
