Alittle off the subject, but I thought I just had to add this to Manny's Mate's Post. I still a beginner, and had never caught any grouper, but thanks to Jan, I got my first few last time out, on the Law and Order out of Southport. He gave us advise from what to look for, to bait, the whole package. Not to mention he made me the best custom rod a guy could want. He was even so honest, he told me that with my back being fused, I couldn't expect to hold out long with these beast. Well, thanks to him and his willingness to help someone starting out we had a blast and are hooked. I can't get my fishing partner to talk about anything else now. He was right I caught 2 and had to sit out for a while, but it was like nothing I had ever caught, and worth all the pain it caused later. Manny's Mate is #1 in our book, and he's a credit to this site as well as the sport. There's not many who would take the time he has taken with us and continues to before and after each trip. _________________ God is my pilot and #1 in my life

It's been a pleasure fishing with you. Them grouper are sure alot of fun. Had a good day King fishing in the ABKT. put a 20 plus on the board friday. landed about 12 nice Kings that day. Sat wasn't as kind went left instead of going right. Placed 50th or so. Hopefully i'll do better this weekend in the Fall Brawl. Ken
