I loaded RavenNuke behind my nuke. After I got it all changed over,
I deleted the nuke. Other than banning my ip numerous times while testing, everything went pretty smooth. I did notice some differences that required that I change some things. Sentinel did not like the nukewrap of other sites. Using nukewrap for items that were on my site worked okay.

I did encounter a problem with the installsql. I caught that and made the changes manually and used phpmyadmin.

Thanks for the tip on the security issues with 8.0

You can ban yourself pretty quick....

If you go into Sentinal....Scan for new admins....Then hit Admin Auth List....Edit....Protect....it will keep you from banning yourself.

I have never used NukeWrap. I do my best to keep everything inhouse.

I am glad you saw the light....I got hit last night with a couple of hack attempts that I know would have worked on 8 I was going to point out to you.

I came here looking for help with some code problems. Dave looked at my site and pointed out the security problems with the nuke 8.0 I was using. He suggested using the RavenNuke, which I did.

Dave was great help.
