E10 is gas containing up to 10% ethanol. I have already ran it in my boat with no ill affects but I am running 10 micron fuel filters. Honestly I believe the older the tank in your boat the more problems one might have. The ethanol in the fuel basically cleans aout any crud that your fuel tank might have in it,so I have been told. the ethanol also atracts moisture, it will make water accumulate in your tank. it is best to keep tank full between trips and if it is going to be more than a few weeks between trips I'd recomend putting Stabil in.

Stabil has had to come out with a new stabilizer for ethanol gas. I believe it's called Stabil Marine so I guess I'll have to get some.

Funny thing about Stabil, I had an unopened bottle sitting in my garage over the winter and was about to put it in my boat's tank before filling up and found condensation in the top of the Stabil bottle's neck. Just in case that bottle is being used in my lawn equipment engine gas cans. So far no problems with the first 15 gallons.

We've been "unknowingly" running E10 in our boat for awhile with no problems. I just read about this stuff in the Florida Sportsman magazine this month: http://mystarbrite.com/startron/content/view/14/37/lang,en/

We'll be buying some if we do continue to use our wally worlds cheaper e10 gas.
