Headed down in a little bit hoping someone can give me an inlet update. Last time through we hit bottom in Lockwood.
I've never been out of Shallote is it the better choice?

I've noticed the Dredge has been working LFI the last couple of days, but I still don't know it's status.

| Shallotte is OK. We went in & out this week with no problem as is usually the case. It is marked with bouys. Go slow with an outgoing tide. You can find GPS coordinates for two different routes in & out on the Ocean Isle Fishing Center website....just follow the bouys & read the water. It's OK. |
