| i will second that.....we just bought 4 butterfly rod combos from them and they were the best by far...the price isnt even close to what we seen everywhere else.....and we checked from surf city to shallotte.... |

Depends on the reel size but new they run 115.-150 for the reel only.i build my own rods for that so i don't know about those |

Those are the same reels just newer models. I have a 950 and so far it's holding up great. Penn gives you alot of bang for the buck because they don't have set prices like Shimano and the parts are a lot cheaper IF you ever need them. _________________ Tommy Stewart
