They look like hitch pins, maybe homeade. You know tractor to implement. May be front end loader pins.

If they came from a boat then they look like fuel line attachment "thingees" Like for small 2 strokes you had to connect the fuel line from the tank to the engine with a quick disconnect. The motor had two pins like that.. Hell I dunno I have had a few beers.. haha
