So there are days, (like today) when I'd like to maybe sneak out after work or even leave early but it completely depends on the weather. The marine forecast of AM radio in Hampstead is garbage, its overrun by local fire warnings, info, etc and it takes like 3 hours to get a clear window to actually here the forecast. I'd like to just check my phone via web but don't want a text message everyday or multiple times a day.

I've tried Noaa's

http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/raw/fz/fzus52.kilm.cwf.ilm.txt
http://cell.weather.gov/
http://mobile.weather.gov/pil.php?pil=ILMCWFILM

I have Cingular oops sorry AT&T now... Getting "page cannot not found" for those above.

Any suggestions?

Kevin

Kevin,
Here is a phone number to get an automated marine forecast from NOAA (just like you hear on the VHF radio). It's centered in Wilmington and will give you the forecasts up to 20nm out for the area (and a little north/south of the area) along with the offshore forecast. I use it all the time when I can't get to the computer.
The number is 910-762-3240.

I'm out of little river and use the wilmington to santee river forecast on my blackberry. text link is:
http://weather.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/fmtbltn.pl?file=forecasts/marine/coastal/am/amz252.txt.

they also list cell.weather.gov for the cell friendly main site.
