I had suspension seats in my Duckworth Magnum jet boat in Alaska. They were very nice seats and softened the harsh ride associated with high speeds and choppy water. They work real well in chop and take the the constant pounding out of the ride while sitting.

Since I have been in NC, I have learned real captains stand up.

go for a spin in those Coast guard boats you will fall asleep full speed in almost any sea conditions ( or so I've been told Embarassed )
