.. Looky what I've done went and bought.. Actually sought it out from where I saw it briefly on Craig's back in the winter.. It's some engineering group's little experiment according to the label.. Far as I can tell it's all aluminum with a foam and marine plywood floor.. I might be off my rocker but I'm thinkin it'd be a hellova nice inside boat.. It can't draw much.. And almost hasta be very stable.. I dunno how it'll ride or steer, I hear cats are a little weird.. It's 16' long and 5' wide..
..We're debating what kindof control setup it ought to get.. I dislike tillers.. So we're down to center or front console.. For a center I think the glass'll hafta go.. That was added by the previous owner..
..Any input on this thing.? Worthwhile hull or a waste of time and effort(I ain't got much of nothin in it right now).?? Has anyone ever seen anything like this before.? I know I haven't.. Any constructive input will be appreciated.. Thanks.!! d:^) Schneeky..

..One thing's for sure.. It's a funky lookin little dude..

Concur might even see how much it draws and throw a outboard jet on it that would get you in 3-4 inches or water.

..That's kindof the way we're leaning.. I'd like to find a nice little 4 stroke to put on it..

..Only thing 'bout removin the windshield is it'd lose a little of it's "Bat appeal".. Rolling Eyes Laughing d:^) Schneeky..

CaptSlim- It's definitely got strange lines to it.. It's for sure a possible UFO (Unidentified Floating Object)..
Mebbe I can convince some tourists I'm field testing it for Uncle Sugar and the Navy.. d:^) Schneeky..

Slap some power on the back of that thing and let's put it to the test this week. I'll be around Tuesday thru Thursday. We need to find out if it's the ultimate sheepshead boat.

Take off the windshield and mount a console or even small cabin all the way up front.

funky is cool....what about leaving the windshield and mounting a console of sorts on centerline all the way forward. How old is that thing? Might wanna pull a splash and make a plug....funky could be the rage next year.

..Mrs Sandy's takin off today and I'm lookin for me a little 50ish HP 4 stroke for GP's.. Soon as I scrape up somethin we'll try 'ol BB out.. Or mebbe I can swindle Earl outta that little Johnson 25 he replaced..

..I've pretty much decided to try a small CC t'wards the rear.. Forward weight will increase my draft as the front area is the "sharpest".. And if I go back with the console, the glass is gonna hasta go.. I picked up a trailer for it yesterday.. The one under it is a painted tilt trailer that'd be more useful as a utility trailer..

.. I still think it could go either way on the console.. Way forward would be nice and leave the back wide open, if it didn't beat ya.. And if it were to end up being a little commercial crab rig or some such a front cabin of sorts could be key..

Alreddyded- (White Zombie.?) I like a little funk on some things.. Got no idea on the age.. There's no HIN I can find on it and it has a NC "Homemade" registration.. That number ends in 90 but I dunno if that's accurate or not.. d:^) Schneeky..
