I tell you the Red Drum were solid on the beach this past weekend. I past on one heck of a King bite here to fish for the Red's in the surf. At one point I had 400 plus reds swimming around the boat, it was crazy. The water was crystal clear, no problem sighting them, some kind of fun. I was using Gamakatsu 1/4 ounce jig with Big Bite Bait shrimp (white) and let me tell you it was on, every cast was a hook up, even hooked up on the top waters and mirro-lures...I know the boys fishing the Red tournament down in Wilmington would have wanted this one, 27 inches right on the money and just under 8 pounds...Jeff Cronk was mad when he saw us with this one...Good times, give us a call to book your next trip.

Good job Jamie. Even a blind hog can find an acorn, especially when he is in the middle of an oak forest. Smile

Jeff ain't to upset he did win that tournament. He also knows as I am sure you do that unless someone does something stupid those fish will be there all winter. So will the school off ..... Wink
