| Just wondering what everyone uses to keep there boat clean and white....i know after a fishing trip not only is there blood but dirt from the people in the boat and even if i clean it as soon as we get back it takes me 3-4 times cleaning it to get it lookin "ok" but still not as white or clean as i would like it. I usually use bleach or just a reg soap maybe thats what im doing wrong idk... |

After we clean our boat we use woody wax,
just spary it on, rub it in a little, and spray off with
water hose. It works great. The blood and dirt will
rinse right off |

Woody wax definetly saves work and stains.
I am sold on and use Bar Keepers Friends. Its in a gold can beside Comet and Ajax. Its great on rust stains as well as other stains and cleans stainless. As far as scuff marks try the Mr Clean magic erasers. They named them correctly because they do work like magic. Black scuffs or basically any type mark wipes right off. These 2 products along with a car wash with a wax blend is all needed to keep a boat white. Bar Keepers is great for your scum lines also and a lot safer and less harmfull. |

Woody Wax is the bomb.
I use Orpine boat soap and a little Soft Scrub Gel with bleach on the tough stuff and a good coat of Woody Wax afterwards, makes clean up easy!!
On the scum line, The Works Tub and Tile cleaner does wonders. |

| I like the green orphine wash and wax it smells like pine and does a good job keeping the metal shiny, but nothing gets the blood stains off the deck better than my pressure washer. |

In addition to Orpine, get a good set of cleaning tools like Shurhold or So-lo brushes and accessories and an Absorber for drying after washing. Investing in good tools will continue to pay you back. I have to admit I've got a couple of Shurhold handles and brushes I've had for over 20 years. Keep them clean after using and you'll have the same success.
Another way to cut down on clean up time after fishing is to clean it up after the fish is boated, even if you just dump or mop some water on the mess.
I just started using 3M cleaner wax and have tried most except Woody Wax. All work and prevent dirt/staining to a point, the trick is keeping it waxed. NEVER use dish detergent, it WILL remove most waxes. |

We use the Orpine and bleach concoction too. Cleans well, smells good. Does anyone use a powerwasher to clean their boat...? _________________ The Hurricane says to the Coconut Tree: Hang on to your nuts - This aint no ordinary bl*w j*b. |

Softscrub W/ Bleach works great, Just put a little on the stains and let it sit for a few minutes and they are gone. Just like Barkeepers friend it will remove wax so dont use it on waxed surfaces. After you clean with the Softscrub then rinse it off the sun will do the rest....Mark _________________
