how do i quote someone and have their name with the quote?

Hit the "quote" button in the upper right hand corner of the post you are quoting, a reply box with the quote will open for you to add your reply in.

What I do is hit the quote button as usual, copy the quote from the reply box. Go back a page to the thread, go to the next post I want to quote. Hit the quote button. In that reply box add the first quote with the paste command. Hope that makes sense.
