This thing has grown to be to much for the Staff to handle alone. I will need volunteers for the following.
Set Up Team
Clean Up Team
Gopher Team. Will need to gopher the items we will need from the store.
Check in team. Someone to check in members and give them tickets for drawings and food.
Auctioneer and people to gather money and deliver products for auction

With your help we can make this the best one ever.........

What was decided on the meal, pay per plate or covered dish? Either way I should be there to help setup and I'll bring several coolers of ice.
