If this passes, it will be a headache, not to mention costly. Look at it and send a letter...NOT EMAIL to your representatives.

Thanks for bringing this back up. Many thinks that this applies ony to large boats !! Not so everyboat would be required to get a water permit if something is not done. Thanks Mark

I have a letter from U.S. Senator, Richard Burr stating that he is a cosponsor of S. 2766. According to Senator Burr, S. 2766 has the support of environmentalist, the EPA, and the boating industry. Hopefully, Congress will approve as soon as possible. Also, Senator Burr is the Senate Co-Chair of the Congressional Boating Caucus.

Let's keep the letters going and cross our fingers. The EPA states that it was never their intention to affect recreational boating. Just shows our any law or Act can be nullified by one Judge somewhere. Mad
