Last year was the year of the drought. I have not been offshore yet! This time last year I would have been out 2 or 3 times! Kinda of looks likes mother nature takes care of her self cause I don't have a single 2008 fish in my freezer!!!!!!!!!!! wawa

Hoping to get out Memorial weekend!

Heck, I thought it was just me staying on shore and bitching at the weather. Worst thing about it is that I'm still thinkin' about fishin' all the time so I'm buying still more tackle I don't need rather than using what I've got. Not fishing is costing me more than fishing.

Yea, guiding tomorrow for a bunch of greenhorns. Hoping it will lay down somwhat.. Wind was blowing like heck out on the island today..

We normally have 6-8 trips in by now but we have only been out twice. I was at the boat in Wanchese this past weekend and it was just a constant blow all weekend!! Mark
