If you need lodging for MAD South, a tentative discounted rate is being offered by Hampton Inn @ Southport. This rate is based on getting a certain number of rooms.

Jim, I have room for 2-3 military folks to stay at my house. Boat will be in a slip at Masonboro Boat Yard (1/2 miles from my house. I plan on running the river early and going out the CF shiping chanel.
