The grouper Liquid is holding on the home page picture is gone ....(you know, the one he got from the fish market  ). He prepared a dish called Parmesan baked Grouper that was absolutely fantastic. It literaly was the best fish i have ever eatin. I think he needs to put this recipe on the site so you guys can try it. FABULOUS meal. Thanks go out to Steve and Tammy for inviting my wife and i over to share it with ya. I will return the favor next week LA, but i don't think i can top that recipe. How does pizza sound?  |

Actuaaly this is one that I ran acros when adding some to the site. It has been up here for some time now. I can honestly say that I have never had any grouper taste any better
