I ran Carolina Beach Inlet Yesterday. It is pretty well marked. You may want to give #3 red a little space. It seemed to be in the white water (Ask Mate1) LOL. Other than that there is enough water even at low tide. I draw close to 4 feet and was through it twice on low tide.

They have recently dredged Carolina BEach Inlet. IT is pretty decent but one thing to watch out for is #3 Green seems to be OFF station. When I went out yesterday I cut it. The water looked to me to be right of it.

ran the CB inlet Sat...The #3 green is out of the inlet....at low tide just inside the 3 had 4 foot of water.Breakers everywhere...Had to wait for a Sailboat trying to get out that almost capsized...He turned around and went back in....I didn't have any real problems but it was as messed up as I have seen it in years....."Last Penny"

I'm told that the bouys are now correct. Haven't run it tho to know for sure. Boat is "on the hill" for a week or so. Can anyone confirm that #3 is correct now?

Carolina Beach Inlet has turned Ungly on Us!

IF you run this thing at LOW tide LOOK OUT! Boats are tearing up stuff faster than they can fix it. The area around #3 in shallow and rough.

Also....It is now a ONE boat inlet. DO NOT try to pass another boat either way.

Be careful...Take your time....and BE SAFE!
