guys i havent really been able to fish much this year because of gas prices.
but i got a uncle in town who i have been telling i would take fishing and he wants to go fri. guys i cant afford to take him offshore because we have a wedding rehearsal at 7 pm. but i have got to let him pull on something. not very experienced inshore but up for trying something within 10 mi. range. by the way going out of little river. _________________ Robby

| Try the inlet at ocean isle for flounder or troll for spanish up toward holden beach |

You should be set to troll for Spanish along Sunset and Ocean Isle. Flounder in Tubbs and Shallotte Inlet. Drum are biting around the jetties and by the bridge somewhat. Slow trolling for flounder with a mud minnow is working great right now.
If that doesn't work, take him to Bird Island and he might see a naked lady or two! |

the bird island i have to stay away from for his sake and my marrage
the flounder fishing i have to research for i have nothing but off-shore tackle. thanks for all the responses. _________________ Robby

| Yea...just look at the left and see all of the boats anchored up. That's it. Caught some good flounder later in the year around there! |
